PVC Flooring Production Flow:

STEP 1, The raw materials,such as PVC powder,plasticizer,stabilizers,Lubricant,filler are mixed according to a certain order.

STEP 2, Put the mixed materials into internal mixer

STEP 3, Rolled them into semi-finished products.

STEP 4,Cut the wear layer and printed decoration layer according to the product size.

STEP 5, The product lapped over neatly  according to the customers' requirement

STEP 6, after hot-embossing, products between layer and layer is fimly bonded together.

STEP 7, PU curing of coating made product wearproof and be easily cleaned.

STEP 8, Put product into themostatic chamber in order to shape well.

STEP 9,according to customers' requirement to cut the product into different size.

STEP 10.Doing chamfering as customers' request,then,make the texture have more vivid effect.
